Reservations/Cancellations:
You may call or email your reservation request. Please see our
CONTACT US page for information on how to do so. Please note that no reservation is complete without a confirmation email or phone call.
Your children are not just a "headcount" to us. They
are a craft activity prepared, a snack purchased and a teacher who is
at our center early and stays late in order to ensure that your child
has a positive, safe and exciting visit custom to their needs at Mom's
Morning Out each and every time. Because of this, we do want to remind
you to make your best effort to let us know when you will not be able to
attend. Please
call us 24 hours before your appointment to cancel if
you won't be needing our services. We
know and understand that a cold can pop up overnight, a fever can
come on at a moments notice and an upset belly can happen at anytime.
For sick children, please call us as soon as you can so we can alter
our schedule accordingly, all phone calls should be made at least one
hour before your scheduled appointment (you may leave a message).
Appointments cancelled after this time may be subject to a late
cancellation fee. Please note that there is a fee for no-show
appointments.
Due to State Law no child is allowed to be present for more than 4 hours per day and 6 days per month.
Pick-Up/Drop-off:
Your child(ren) must be signed in at drop-off and signed out at pick-up. A registration form is required for all chilren. The allotted time period for MMO is 9 am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm. Illness Policy:
Please be respectful and conscious of other children at Mom's Morning Out and keep your child home if they are ill. Should your child become ill while attending the MMO program, you (or your emergency contact) will be contacted for urgent pick up.
Snacks:
Snacks will be provided for children over the age of 18 months. Please provide your child with a drink. Provide milk/formula and/or snack for all babies under 18 months. Please be sure to label all items (cups, bottles, etc) If your child has any special dietary needs, please bring their snack with them (no peanuts).
Other Items:
Your children are with us for three hours, please provide for them what
you normally would if you were out of your home for this amount of time
with them. If your child is in diapers, you need to provide diapers and wipes for your child. It is a good idea to provide a change of clothing for all children in our care in case of accidents or a messy craft activity. If your child needs a comfort item (stuffed animal, blanket, pacifier) please feel free to bring that along. Please label all items.
